Adding a scoop in a glass of milk isn’t a simple way to boost health

A HANDFUL of nuts, a small bowl of yogurt, an egg in breakfast etc. are awesome natural ways to reach required goal of protein rather than taking ready made powder which contains soya, peas, rice, potatoes, hemp, milk powder, whey, chemicals, sugar, artificial flavors, colors etc. Warnings & researches related to risks of protein powder intake has been published in many leading news papers & scientific websites. This is what I am trying to say since 3-4 years, you may see my older posts.
You might be advised or trapped by someone who is closer to you who is involved into such kind of companies i.e protien shakes for weight loss, for body building, for height growth etc. Shakes have no role to cure or heal medical conditions nor it can be taken without consulting a doctor. As per research in Harvard, 130 types of toxins have been found after screening 134 products/supplements including leads, arsenic, mercury, chemicals used for making plastic, pesticides etc.
Using such supplements may lead to digestion related issues, gastrointestinal problems, depression, nutrients imbalance etc. Protein powder is advisable by doctors only in certain conditions i.e cancer patients or older age people having difficulty in eating, a surgical condition, a serious medical condition or initiated by government as disaster food management to survive longer in certain climatic conditions or nature disasters only.
It is always better to get protein from whole food such as nuts, beans, yogurt, milk, seeds, lentils, fish, poultry, eggs, meat, sprouts etc.
