Very confusing! Ancient medical science Ayurveda says balanced dosha (body constitution), balanced dhatu (tissues), balanced agni (digestive fire) & balanced malakriya (excretion) means balanced health e.g disease free body, proper balance of vitamin & minerals etc. Adopt Ayurveda for healthier & happier life.
“Sam Dosha Sam Agni Sam Dhatu Mala Kriya
Prasanna Atman Indriya Manaha Swastham Ity Abhidhiyate”
This means that a balanced state of the main elements of our body which actually maintain dosha and dhatu, adequate digestion which is agni, proper excretion which is mala kriya, peaceful condition of the aatman which is soul, satisfied senses which is indriya, and a glory state of mind which is manaha when encompassed in a person, the person becomes healthy.
SAY good bye to diseases & chemical drugs.
Cheers to healthy life!!!
