The richest source of Vitamin C.

This delicious green leafy vegetable is one of the richest source of Vitamin C & it is loaded with other nutrients. In Ayurveda it’s leaves, roots & seeds are considered for medicinal uses as well. It is so popular widely & people in western countries are also eating it’s seed’s flour as healthiest gluten-free choice. Along with Vitamin C it contains Vitamin A, Calcium, Vitamin K, Potassium etc. It has many health benefits, as per Ayurveda it is easy to digest, reduces joint pain, acts as antioxidant, has anti-inflammatory effects, helps in anemia, boosts immune system, eases constipation etc.
